Naši proizvodni procesi se odvijajo v tehnološko opremljeni hali. Vsi prostori (proizvodni del, skladišče, kontrola, laboratorij in pisarne) so klimatizirani, zaradi česar omogočajo in zagotavljajo kvalitetno izvajanje nalog.
Proizvodnja izdelkov iz gume oziroma izdelkov iz gume, kombiniranih s plastiko ali kovino poteka na najsodobnejših strojih znamk LWB, Krausmaffei, Wickert in Boy z zapiralnimi silami od 10 do 160 ton in tehnologijami predelovanja IM, TM, ITM, CM.

Ustrezno usposobljen kader zagotavlja fleksibilno in kvalitetno izvajanje vseh faz proizvodnega procesa.

Naše prednosti:
- obvladovanje malih (do 100 kosov letno) in velikih serij (milijon in več kosov letno),
- izdelava majhnih (0,1 grama) do velikih izdelkov (5.000 gramov in več),
- natančnost brizganja do 0,05 gramov,
- izvedba vseh potrebnih dodatnih faz proizvodnega procesa (postvulkanizacija, zmrzovanje izdelkov, talkiranje izdelkov, brušenje izdelkov, poliranje izdelkov, montaža izdelkov).
